sx999 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the sx999 website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services accessible via sx999.pro and its subdomains.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the sx999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the sx999 platform, associated with a unique username, password, and PKR wallet.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee balance held within a Player's sx999 account, representing available funds for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or non-cashable incentive amounts added to a Player's account by sx999 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiplier applied to bonus funds that must be met through qualifying bets before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by sx999 before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain platform features.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the sx999 platform is prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action listed in Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the sx999 platform.

By completing the sx999 registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by continuing to use the platform after any published amendment to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite for using any sx999 service, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and all deposit, withdrawal, and bonus functions. If you are using sx999 on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms, and both you and the third party are jointly and severally liable.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or promotional terms published separately on sx999 for individual products, games, tournaments, or promotional offers. In the event of a conflict, the more specific document shall take precedence for the specific matter to which it relates, with these Terms governing all other matters.

To register for and use an sx999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. sx999 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with international responsible gaming standards applicable to its licensed operations.
• You must be registering as an individual and not on behalf of any corporate entity or syndicate for the purpose of systematic wagering.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located within any Restricted Territory at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or director of sx999 or its affiliated platform providers.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended sx999 account. Each player is permitted one account only. The existence of duplicate accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated. Registration using false information, pseudonyms, or details belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

sx999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time and as a precondition of processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the KYC request will result in account suspension until documentation is provided.

As a registered sx999 player, you assume the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account:

• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. sx999 will never request your password through any channel — any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify sx999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. sx999 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Single Account Policy: Each player may hold only one active sx999 account. If you have lost access to a previous account, you must contact support to recover it. Creating a new account to circumvent a suspension, self-exclusion, or promotional restriction is a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All personal details provided to sx999 — including name, date of birth, address, and payment information — must be accurate and current. Any change to your personal details must be communicated to sx999 support promptly.
• Personal Use Only: Your sx999 account is for your personal entertainment use only. You may not allow other individuals to place bets or conduct gaming activity through your account, and you may not use your account to receive, process, or transmit funds on behalf of any third party.

All financial transactions on sx999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sx999 does not apply currency conversion fees on any deposit or withdrawal transaction processed through supported payment channels. The currently supported payment methods are JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 200. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa reflect in your PKR wallet typically within 10 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank's interbank processing schedule. Deposited funds are available for wagering immediately upon wallet credit. sx999 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on newly deposited funds pending routine fraud screening, which does not ordinarily exceed 30 minutes for standard transactions.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method in your own name that was previously used for a deposit to your sx999 account — this requirement is part of sx999's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed automatically for KYC-verified accounts and typically complete within 2 minutes. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are processed within 2–4 hours during normal operating conditions. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified accounts in good standing.

sx999 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, including but not limited to transactions above Rs. 50,000, transactions to a payment method not previously used for a deposit, or where routine AML screening flags a transaction for manual review. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within 5 business days due to incomplete documentation may be cancelled and the funds returned to your PKR wallet.

sx999 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and loyalty rewards to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general bonus provisions:

• One Bonus Per Player: Each registered sx999 account is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer through multiple accounts or by exploiting platform glitches constitutes Prohibited Conduct.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not withdrawable in their raw form. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied exclusively through real-money bets. Free spins winnings and fishing game bonus credits may carry separate wagering conditions as stated per offer.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements have an expiry period. Bonus funds that have not been played through within the stated period are forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each offer's terms and displayed in your account dashboard bonus section.
• Minimum Odds / Eligible Games: Where a bonus is linked to sports betting (e.g., cricket betting welcome bonuses or PSL reload offers), minimum qualifying odds and eligible bet types will be specified in the offer terms. Bets placed on odds below the minimum threshold do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal Prior to Rollover: If you request a withdrawal before satisfying the wagering requirements attached to an active bonus, sx999 will deduct the outstanding bonus balance (and any winnings generated from that bonus) from your available withdrawal amount before processing the request.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: sx999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, the player retains the right to complete the existing wagering requirement under the original stated terms.

The following general rules apply across all sx999 product categories — cricket betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games. Specific rules for individual game types and betting markets are published within each product section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by sx999. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference on screen. sx999 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason, including bets that are anomalous in size, type, or timing relative to the available market.
• Odds Changes: Cricket betting odds and live in-play market odds fluctuate in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you submit a bet are the odds at which the bet is accepted. sx999 does not retroactively alter accepted bet odds except in circumstances of manifest error (see below).
• Manifest Error: Where a bet is accepted at odds that are manifestly incorrect — for example, decimal odds that omit a digit or lines posted for the wrong match — sx999 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your PKR wallet. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. sx999 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct manifest errors promptly.
• Abandoned / Interrupted Events: Rules for abandoned cricket matches, suspended live casino rounds, and interrupted slot sessions are published within each product's specific rules section. In general, stakes on abandoned events are returned unless specific product rules state otherwise.
• Casino Game Integrity: All sx999 slot games and live casino tables operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or certified live dealer procedures. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel. sx999 does not manipulate outcomes — all results are determined independently of your account status or wagering history.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by product and market. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market. sx999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts where risk management considerations require it, with notification to the affected player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sx999 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money and bonus funds), and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one sx999 account, whether in your own name or using the details of another person.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged or altered KYC documentation.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to systematically exploit promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any method designed to generate guaranteed returns from bonus structures regardless of game outcome.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets at sx999 as part of a coordinated arbitrage strategy designed to guarantee a profit irrespective of match or event outcome, or placing bets designed to hedge against bets placed on other platforms in a way that constitutes abuse of sx999 odds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of poker games, live casino table games, or any other game type that involves simultaneous player participation.
• Automated Access: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any non-human interface to access, navigate, or interact with the sx999 platform for any purpose, including odds scraping, bet placement automation, or account creation.
• Money Laundering: Using the sx999 platform for any purpose related to the laundering of funds derived from criminal activity. sx999 cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence authorities and reports suspicious activity as required under applicable AML regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to a deposit made to sx999. Accounts with pending or upheld chargebacks will be suspended and any outstanding balance frozen pending resolution.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or unintended technical states to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through technical exploitation are void regardless of settlement status.

sx999 is firmly committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Gaming on sx999 is intended solely for entertainment purposes for adults aged 21 and above. sx999 recognises that a small proportion of players may experience difficulties with gambling behaviour and is committed to providing meaningful tools and support for those who need it.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools (accessible from your account dashboard):

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased until a cooling period (minimum 24 hours) has elapsed.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed within a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account from gambling activity for a period between 24 hours and 30 days. Cooling-off restrictions activate immediately and cannot be reversed during the active period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all sx999 gaming activity. Self-exclusion activates immediately and is irrevocable for its stated duration. Any funds remaining in your PKR wallet at the time of self-exclusion are available for withdrawal; no further deposits are accepted while self-exclusion is active.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of your net win/loss position and time spent in the current gaming session.

All content on the sx999 platform — including but not limited to the sx999 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, layout, source code, game graphics, audio elements, promotional materials, written content, and betting market data — is the exclusive property of sx999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sx999 platform for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any sx999 content for commercial purposes;
• Creating derivative works based on any sx999 content or design elements;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any sx999 software or source code;
• Scraping, extracting, or systematically collecting any data from the sx999 platform;
• Using any sx999 trademark, logo, or brand element in any context without prior written authorisation from sx999.

Any unauthorised use of sx999 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings. sx999 actively monitors for trademark infringement and unauthorised reproduction of its platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sx999's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their sx999 account in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sx999 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising directly or indirectly:

• Loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or corruption of account information;
• Service interruptions arising from scheduled maintenance, network outages, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events beyond sx999's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses from unauthorised account access where the player's credentials were compromised through the player's own negligence;
• Consequences of a player's decisions made based on betting odds, game information, or promotional descriptions displayed on the platform, where such content was accurate at the time of display;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

sx999's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed in full by the sx999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the sx999 Privacy Policy as it stands at the time of your acceptance and as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of that policy.

In summary, sx999 collects personal data — including identity information, contact details, payment data, and gaming activity records — for the following legitimate purposes:

• Account creation, verification, and management;
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and bonus transactions;
• KYC and AML compliance obligations;
• Platform security, fraud detection, and Prohibited Conduct monitoring;
• Customer support, dispute resolution, and responsible gaming management;
• Communications regarding your account, platform updates, and (where you have opted in) promotional offers.

sx999 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties. sx999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights, financial terms, or prohibited conduct provisions in a way that could reasonably disadvantage players — sx999 will provide notice of the changes via:

• A prominent notice on the sx999 homepage and/or login page;
• An in-platform notification visible upon next login;
• Email notification to the registered email address on your account (where applicable).

Non-material changes — such as clarifications of existing provisions, formatting corrections, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice. All amendments take effect from the date stated in the updated document, which is published at sx999.pro/terms-conditions. The version date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the sx999 platform and submit any pending withdrawal requests before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of sx999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your uncon ditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

Either you or sx999 may terminate your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Closure by You: You may request closure of your sx999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before processing account closure, sx999 will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending bets are settled and any outstanding withdrawal requests are completed. Any remaining PKR wallet balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days of identity confirmation.

Suspension or Termination by sx999: sx999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account immediately and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within the timeframe specified in a KYC request;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process;
• Breach of any material provision of these Terms;
• Account activity that triggers sx999's AML monitoring obligations, pending investigation;
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account suspension or closure;
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months) — in this case, 30 days' advance notice will be provided to the registered email address before any dormancy action is taken on the balance.

In the event of termination for Prohibited Conduct or material breach, sx999 reserves the right to withhold any PKR wallet balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms the breach, balances may be forfeited in full. Where investigation clears the account of wrongdoing, any withheld balance will be returned within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sx999 holds its operating licence.

Informal Resolution: In the first instance, any dispute between you and sx999 should be raised directly with our customer support team. The majority of account, payment, and gaming disputes are resolved at this level within 48 hours. Please provide your account username, a clear description of the dispute, and any relevant transaction references when submitting a complaint.

Formal Complaint: If informal resolution does not produce a satisfactory outcome within 5 business days, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. Formal complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 14 business days. sx999 will provide a written final decision on all formal complaints.

Alternative Dispute Resolution: Where a formal complaint remains unresolved to your satisfaction following sx999's final decision, you may refer the matter to the independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body listed in your jurisdiction's applicable gaming regulatory framework. sx999 will cooperate fully with any ADR process.
